Arabian Ranches has been one of Dubai's most popular villa communities for many years, with low-rise buildings and a number of parks and lakes providing the perfect tranquil oasis for those looking to escape the centre of Dubai. Arabian Ranches is particularly family-friendly, with football pitches, tennis and basketball courts as well as a skate park providing plenty of entertainment to keep the kids busy. 

There are a number of neighboring communities such as DAMAC Hills, Motor City, Sports City and Mudon, but Arabian Ranches is relatively far (25-min drive) from key landmarks such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and 30-min drive from DXB International Airport.

With a lack of connectivity to the Dubai Metro, you would need a car if living in Arabian Ranches, with the nearest major malls 15 minutes (Dubai Hills Maill) or 20 minutes (Mall of the Emirates) drive from Arabian Ranches. 

Due to the continual demand for properties in Arabian Ranches, the rental yield is usually strong on properties in Arabian Ranches. The recent increase in Dubai property prices has also increased the resale value of properties in the community, although rental gains are likely to be more sustainable, even if overall property prices in Dubai fall in the coming years, making properties in Arabian Ranches a sound investment.
