Charles trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young UK, after experience at Morgan Stanley. After commercial roles in Aviation, Charles held senior finance roles as CFO in a tech startup raising investor capital, and SVP of Finance in a Private Equity firm with more than $500m AUM.
Charles and Alfie were good friends, as well as team mates in the DHL Dragons Football Club, Dubai

The inspiration behind Empire & Nunn Real Estate was Alfie Nunn, who tragically passed away in January 2022; suffering a cardiac arrest after a football match for DHL Dragons FC in the Dubai Amateur Football League.
As well as being a very talented football player, Alfie was a popular real estate broker, working in Dubai since 2016.
